1.Briefly describe your selected clinical practice problem.
Problem= Job satisfaction as it relates to quality patient care.

2.Summarize the two selected theories. Both may be middle range theories or interdisciplinary theories, or you may select one from each category.

Leadership Theory &
Dynamic Leader-Follower
Relationship Model Theory

3.Evaluate both theories using the evaluation criteria provided in the Learning Resources.(see upload)
4.Determine which theory is most appropriate for addressing your clinical practice problem.
